Scope and provider
These terms apply to new Dot Apart Nest and Dot Apart Quote subscriptions supplied by Spielzeugfabrik Penzing GmbH. Services are exclusively for businesses. The person registering or ordering confirms authority to represent that business. These terms do not retroactively replace agreements previously accepted by existing customers.
Trial and agreement
Account registration or a trial does not by itself create a paid subscription. The order review identifies the products, quantities, billing period, net amount, tax, gross amount, renewal, and cancellation timing before a paid commitment is made.
Licence
During the entitlement period, the business receives a non-exclusive right to use the ordered software within the authorised product, seat, and device limits. Credentials and licence keys must be protected. No ownership of the software is transferred; mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Production responsibility
Dot Apart assists nesting and estimating. Operators remain responsible for checking source files, cut contours, settings, estimates, and output before manufacture. Savings depend on the job and settings; no fixed material-saving or profitability result is promised.
Payment, changes, and cancellation
The portal and payment provider show the final recurring amount before approval. Quantity changes require the review shown in the portal. A trial does not become paid through inactivity. Cancellation is available in My Dot Apart or through support@dotapart.com; the confirmation identifies the effective end date and remaining paid entitlement.
Defects, liability, and law
Applicable statutory rights and individually agreed protections remain in force. Report defects with enough information to investigate. German law applies insofar as a valid choice of law is permitted; overriding mandatory rules remain unaffected. English is the contract language.
